Delivery abroad
Shipping costs depend on the weight and value of your order; whichever of the two tiers is higher applies. From the second item onwards, EUR 1.00 is added per additional item.

Delivery countries for all items
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland
Spain: we cannot ship lithium batteries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, because mail to these territories is carried by air. For all other items, the higher shipping costs listed below apply there. These deliveries are exports without VAT; import charges (e.g. IGIC) may be levied on arrival and are payable by the recipient.
France: we do not deliver to the French overseas territories (postcodes beginning with 97 or 98, except Monaco).
Countries with Hermes shipping for lithium batteries
Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
Mail to these countries is carried by air, so lithium batteries cannot be sent by letter post. Orders containing lithium batteries (Li-ion, Li-polymer, lithium button cells and other lithium batteries) are shipped as a Hermes parcel at the prices below; all other orders at the prices above. Hermes does not deliver to Madeira and the Azores, so we cannot ship lithium batteries there. For Ireland, please enter your Eircode.

Postage to these countries and territories is considerably more expensive. Instead of the table above, the following shipping costs by weight apply; if the order-value tier from the table above is higher, that tier applies. From the second item onwards, EUR 1.00 is added per additional item. We cannot ship lithium batteries to these destinations.

Delivery outside the EU
Deliveries to countries outside the EU, including Switzerland, are exports and do not include German VAT; you pay the price shown in the shop. On import, the destination country may charge import VAT and customs duties, and the delivery company usually adds a customs clearance fee. These charges are payable by the recipient.
Delivery time
Unless stated otherwise, delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment, 3 to 7 working days to other EU countries and Switzerland, and 5 to 20 working days to other countries.
